Switchfoot Concert

This week one of the coolest experiences of my life happened! I went to a Switchfoot concert! It was the most amazing concert ever!!! They played all of the songs from their new CD “Hello Hurricane” and then they played a bunch of old favorites, so they played 24 songs total! Switchfoot gives the most spectacular live performance ever! I also was able to go to the soundcheck before the concert with about 20 other people. During the soundcheck the asked for requests and I requested “The Blues” and they totally played it for me!!!! Afterwards they came and talked to us and I got to talk to Jon Foreman, Tim Foreman, Drew Shirley and Jerome Fontamillas! Chad Butler, the drummer, wasn’t available the whole time so I couldn’t talk to him. Those guys are so incredible! They are so nice and were so interested in me and how I was and stuff like that. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life!

Questa settimana è successo una delle esperienze più bella nella mia vita! Sono andata al concerto dei Switchfoot! È stato il concerto più bello mai!!! Hanno suonato tutte le canzone del nuovo album “Hello Hurricane” e poi hanno suonato molte delle canzone preferite del passato. Hanno suonato 24 canzone! I Switchfoot fanno i concerti live meravigliosi!!! Sono andata anche alla prove prima del concerto con 20 altre persone. Durante la prove i Switchfoot hanno chiesto per richieste, e io ho richiesto “The Blues” e loro l’hanno suonato per me!!!!! Dopo la prove loro hanno parlato con noi. Ho parlato con Jon Foreman, Tim Foreman, Drew Shirley e Jerome Fontamillas! Il batterista, Chad Butler, non è potuto stare con noi per tutto il tempo, quindi non potevo parlare con lui. I ragazzi dei Switchfoot sono incredibil! Sono molto gentili ed erano interesati in che ero io e come stavo e altre cose così. Davvero questa esperienza è stata meravigliosa, non lo dimenticherò mai!!
